The best songs were written forty plus years ago. MY job is to keep them fresh, fun and as close to the original as possible...and I love my job!
My "Band" consists of a Bose sound system. Great tone without being too loud. Two or three guitars, a fantastic drum machine, harmonizer, and a wonderful guitar synth that allows me to play strings, piano, and bass along with my guitars. A full sound without the cost of a full band.
